Real education reform requires broader social reform to end poverty concentrated in disadvantaged communities by race and class segregation,” (Hawkins) 

I agree with this because charter schools cost a lot of money, and if people cannot afford it (which many can't) they have to go to schools which are usually much worse and much farther than the charter school. It is unfair to those who are economically disadvantaged. The only thing that should separate kids in school should be their mind
